No dog is perfect. Engels Tango, however, comes quite close to the ideal of the smooth-haired dachshund in anatomy, movement and temperament. Among his titles we only have to mention the Bundesjugendsieger 2011, Deutscher Jugendchampion DTK und VDH 2012, Klubsieger 2012, Deutscher Champion DTK und VDH 2013, Bundessieger 2013 and VDH Europasieger 2013..
Bruno, as we call our champion, is very well-balanced, extremely friendly towards children and adults alike, always attentive and sovereign and calm in encounters with other dogs without lacking self-confidence. He is very fond of water and retrieving and a great searcher.
From the first mating of the magnificent dachshund, Engels Hello Kitty and Engels Hatschepsut, two black and red smootht-haired dachshunds, are among those who are preparing to compile an impressive collection of titles and championships.
