Engels Isiris, called Olga, is the resting pole in the pack. The brown-dappled standard female has an unshakeable character and rests completely in itself.
Where there is food, warmth and closeness to people Olga can be found. She approaches anyone with a friendly and interested attitude. She enjoys cuddling for her life and actively solicits her daily amount of petting. When visitors come Olga is the one who we send to the garden first, because we usually want to spend some time with our visitors too.
You usually can’t hear a sound of her but sometimes you can hear her surprisingly powerful female bass. This is the moment when her seemingly infinite patience runs out temporarily. While she is at home and only allows her amber eyes to speak, outside in the open field she becomes a whirlwind and you can sense, that under her round forms there is not fat, but a well developed musculature. Olga is a persistent and highly focused female tracker, who can hardly be distracted and goes her own way. On her almost daily walk through the forest, she always runs 10m to the right or to the left of the path and indeed sometimes a bit hard-sounding when her nose is deep in the foliage.
In summertime there is nothing more beautiful for Olga than water, whether standing or flowing. She is always the first who enters the water and shakes her beautiful, long hangings after the first dive, while the other dogs are still waiting for their play object to be thrown into the water.
From Olga’s second litter (Engels Noah) Botzensteiners Doctor Dust has sprung a gorgeous brown standard male, who has made his Landesjugendsieger and the German Junior Champion in 2016. His career as an adult has led him to 2 state winner titles in 2017 so far.
