What the future may bring, we wondered in the “birth announcement” of the K-litter from 24 September 2017? Today we can proudly say: only good things!

Botzensteiners Käthe was our long-term project in the making and needed patience, tenacity and luck until it was possible to do the mating of Pannoniadachs Enzo FCI with Germandachs Nella Bella in Kateřina Nováková’s  kennel Onyxmoravia in the Czech Republic. The stubbornness and troubles in pursuing this goal were well rewarded. Botzensteiners Käthe convinced not only us, but also exhibition and trial judges. In youth class, she has competed five times and has five times “shot down the bird”. She can now now call herself German Youth Champion VDH, German Youth Champion DTK and Bundesjugendsiegerin. For her first birthday, she presented herself with the successfully completed companion dog examination.

Botzensteiners Käthe got rid of her tasks with an admirable erudition and certainty. She keeps a straight face in the ring, whether in hall or open air, and has a decidedly laid-back position on the table. She is only preserved from the impression of arrogance according to open-mindedness and her friendly curiosity.

Botzensteiners Käthe is wrapped in an ideal dense smooth-hair of deep, pure red. Her noble cut head is adorned by deep dark and almond-shaped eyes in front of wonderfully pronounced and deep-reaching ears. The outstanding silhouette is visible in her ideal back line and fore-breast in addition to the pronounced angulations of the hindquarters. Käthe offers the best substance and bone strength and yet represents in an ideal way the actual miniature dachshund.
